Jessica Warren's Experience as a Therapist
It’s reassuring to see how many have reached out for support due to current times and I’m grateful to be able to provide a platform for that support in the midst of such uncertainty. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression, although my work does routinely extend beyond those struggles. Having extensive experience with adolescents, young adults, and families, I have observed first-hand how difficult these years can be and the impact the stressors have on everyone involved.
Whether it is peer issues, family conflict or just day-to-day difficulties - there is no issue too small for therapy. Together we can work to develop skills that can help you navigate these challenges. I have been intensely trained in DBT and find this approach effective given my observation of the efficacy in the skills provided- both in helping manage difficult emotions and in tolerating distress.

Kenneth Miyake
My approach has always been what Carl Rogers called the power of the "therapeutic relationship", which includes: unconditional positive regard, compassion, genuineness, empathy, and congruency. We help to empower the client by encouraging them to find their own solutions, which always lie within them.

Emily Stoner
I believe cultivating ways one can empower oneself can be a catalyst for positive changes. By finding practical ways to remind ourselves of choices we have in our everyday lives can assist in improving ourselves overall. I believe in meeting individuals where they are in their healing journey and provide flexibility due to life's busy schedule.
