Seeking therapy can be intimidating. I pride myself on being warm, relatable, and friendly. I see my role as therapist to listen, teach, and work collaboratively with each client to achieve our formulated shared goals. I am conversational in my approach, but also utilize evidence based therapeutic modalities such as DBT, ACT, and CBT.
I specialize in working with individuals with chronic pain and/or illness along with concurring mental health issues. I also work with individuals working through complex trauma or challenging upbringings or struggling with current issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder.
