Ashely Hartell's Experience as a Therapist
I believe that every person should talk with a therapist at least once in their lifetime. Everyone deserves to have a neutral party to listen to their stressor, and to help them develop healthy ways to cope. I received my Masters in social work from Dominican university, and have worked in the mental health and substance abuse field since 2013.
I have experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. My passion is helping those who are struggling from trauma, body dysmorphia, depression, anxiety, substance use, and borderline personality disorder
Open to working with ages 15 and older
Specialties: Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, BPD, Body Image, Depression, Substance Abuse, Trauma and PTSD

Kenneth Miyake
My approach has always been what Carl Rogers called the power of the "therapeutic relationship", which includes: unconditional positive regard, compassion, genuineness, empathy, and congruency. We help to empower the client by encouraging them to find their own solutions, which always lie within them.
