Elisa Frazier's Experience as a Therapist
I am a licensed clinical social worker with master degrees in both social work and clinical psychology. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked with clients from all walks of life who struggle with anxiety, bipolar disorder, thought disorders, and anger management. I tend to work from a cognitive behavioral approach, but I am trained in a number of treatment approaches including psychodynamic, client centered, solution-focused, and dialectical behavioral therapy
I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to live a satisfying life, regardless of their past actions or current pain. My approach is to let the client set the pace and move towards their goals, while I support them every step of the way. I provide clients with the necessary tools to create a better future.
Specialties: Anger Management, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, CBT, DBT, Personal Growth

I believe cultivating ways one can empower oneself can be a catalyst for positive changes. By finding practical ways to remind ourselves of choices we have in our everyday lives can assist in improving ourselves overall. I believe in meeting individuals where they are in their healing journey and provide flexibility due to life's busy schedule.

Kenneth Miyake
My approach has always been what Carl Rogers called the power of the "therapeutic relationship", which includes: unconditional positive regard, compassion, genuineness, empathy, and congruency. We help to empower the client by encouraging them to find their own solutions, which always lie within them.
