Rocio Blas's Experience as a Therapist
Every life matters, and every journey comes with its seasons of joy, challenges, and uncertainties. How we navigate these moments shapes our growth, resilience, and well-being. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, I am passionate about supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, identity struggles, grief, divorce, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach is holistic and solution-focused, integrating empathy, open communication, and practical strategies to foster confidence, healing, and transformation. Together, we will explore your inner strengths and new possibilities to help you achieve a more fulfilling and balanced life. Outside of my practice, I enjoy live music with my husband, long walks with my dog Molly, spending time in nature—especially near water—traveling, and reading. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients, guiding them toward self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
Specialties: Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Spanish Speaking
