Tia Doyle's Experience as a Therapist
You are not ALONE! Life can be difficult, and we all need support. It takes a lot of courage to reach out to a therapist and I am excited to help you along this journey. I am here to help you through the good and bad. It is important for you to have a safe space to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I use a collaborative approach when developing meaningful relationships with clients. The most important part of the therapist-patient relationship is trust and honesty. I work hard to create a safe and open space for clients to express their feelings free of judgement.
I use several techniques to address specific client needs. I have over ten years of experience helping clients get through difficult times in their lives. I work with adults, adolescents, and children. One of my goals with kids is to help give them the motivation and confidence to speak their mind
My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, and processing trauma
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and PTSD
